<B>The Incredible Shrinking Man (Universal International, 1957).</B></I> Insert (14" X 36"). Jack Arnold, the man who brought us "Creature from the Black Lagoon" and "Tarantula," directed this film about a man who is exposed to a strange mist and rapidly shrinks. Richard Matheson's tight script, along with the great special effects, for the time, make this a unique, well-paced science fiction thriller. Offered here is the insert, which depicts our hero doing battle with the house cat. This format is considered the best poster from the title and features the same art as the three sheet. There are pinholes with minor tape stains, surface abrasions, edge wear with tiny tears and sunfading, all addressed with older restoration.
