The film was nominated for a total of seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Actor (Dustin Hoffman), Best Actress (Anne Bancroft), Best Supporting Actress (Katharine Ross), Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Cinematography. The film won only one award - Best Director. This wonderful Japanese two-panel or STB is one of the best posters produced for this masterpiece as it pictures all of the classic elements remembered from the film. There are pinholes in the corners.
