Boston, Oct. 1, 1731, 7 1/4 x 12 1/4, wafer seal intact. As "Judge of the Probate of Wills," concerning affairs of Mary Clark, deceased intestate in Medfield, Mass., granting power to son to administer estate. Also signed by John Boydell (Register of Court of Admiralty). Original folds, very light handling evidence, pleasing uniform toning, else very fine.
