Cece’s Shipping Policy – Due to customer inquiries into our shipping process, we at Cece’s Sales have decided to streamline our distribution by charging our customers exact weight of each purchase made with us, plus $1.99 for handling. All Shipments will be made thru the United States Postal Service using Actual Weight with Delivery Confirmation on all items over $20, Insurance on all packages over $100, and Registered Mail on any items over $1000 in value. To provide this shipping feature, purchaser’s credit cards will show two debits on their Credit Card, one for the amount bought in Auction and one for shipping. Combined monthly shipping is available upon request. Should Cece's Sales have to engage an attorney for the collection of any sums not paid according to the terms of this agreement, Cece's Sales is entitled to recover its reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees and all other costs for collection.

You may register over the telephone and you will not be placed on our email list. Cece's Sales is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding through ICollector, as a convenience to Bidder. Under no circumstances does Bidder have any kind of claim against Cece's Sales or its agents or assigns, if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
