Carmine Infantino added interior art. It includes a previously unpublished Golden Age Flash story and a backup story featuring the Quality character Quicksilver as well. Note that there is a small 1" crack in the case on the back upper left corner that does not affect the integrity of the holder or the book inside. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $150.
