<B>The Flash #117 (DC, 1960) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white pages.</B></I> It's the origin and first appearance of Captain Boomerang, a regular in the Flash's Rogues' Gallery in years to come. And this is the only copy certified above VF/NM 9.0 by CGC to date! The cover and interior art are by Carmine Infantino, natch. By the way, this is the only Silver Age appearance of the Golden Age Flash's wacky pals Winky, Blinky, and Noddy (aka the Three Dimwits). Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $485.
