This company was located in the Silverton District in Washington. It was incorporated on Dec. 12, 1900. Principal place of business was Snohomish. According to a report United State Investor, A Journal of Greater America from July 1902 "Nothing has been done on the property of the Conservative Mining Co. since last October. The company has no money...The property is considered a good one, and with money in the treasury the company should be able to put it on a paying basis" [p. 727]. Certificate Number 653 for 500 shares. Brown border with brown sunburst-lines in background. Brown vignette of underground mining in background as well. Company seal is present in bottom left corner. No printer noted. 10"x5.5".
