<B>Buddy Ebsen's Personal Scripts for</B></I> <B><I>The Beverly Hillbillies</B></I></B></I> <B>Episodes #38-40, 42, 43, 46, 47, 55, 56, and 59.</B></I> A set of ten scripts from the second season (1963-1964) of <I>The Beverly Hillbillies,</B></I> all inscribed "My personal script Buddy Ebsen," and eight of them annotated by the star. Included are "Elly Starts to School," "The Clampett Look," "Jed Gets the Misery," "The Garden Party," "The Clampetts Are Overdrawn," "Chickadee Returns" (featuring Barbara Nichols' memorable guest appearance as "Chickadee Laverne"), "Turkey Day," "The Race for Queen," "The Critter Doctor," and "The Clampetts Go Fishing." Lots of show business history here; "Chickadee Returns," e.g., featured Sharon Tate, in a dark wig, as Jane Hathaway's assistant -- whom a raccoon tries to undress. In overall Excellent condition.
