The Beatles Royal Command Performance For The Queen Program (1963)
The Beatles Royal Command Performance For The Queen Program (1963) - Many of England's most powerful upper crust truly thought their "Empire had died" the day the "fab four" were presented to the Queen of England in a Royal Command performance in 1963. Of course every one with an ounce of royal blood surging in their veins, as well as dozens of top celebrities showed up. The occasion has special significance when, years later, in an interview The Beatles admitted that they all smoked copious amounts of pot before their performance and presentation to the Queen. To commemorate this auspicious occasion a Royal Command Color Photo Magazine of The Royal Concert and Queen "line-up" was created in England. This is that rare program. It is in good condition with a slight "bend mark" over the corner of the upper right hand.
