And the reason collectors have been paying four figures for 9.4 copies is that this is the first issue of the title with John Romita Sr. art, as well as the ish that reveals Norman Osborn to be the Green Goblin. As of this writing, no copy has exceeded a 9.6 grade in CGC's census. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $550.
