This issue has the first appearance of Ned Leeds, a regular in Peter Parker's supporting cast, plus the third appearance of the Sandman. The cover and interior art are by Steve Ditko. Overstreet 2006 VF/NM 9.0 value = $650; NM- 9.2 value = $900.
