In full: “To the Honourable County Court of Ralls County now in Session. Gentlemen. I hereby tender you my resignation of my Commission of Collector of the State and County taxes of the County of Ralls and as such hope you will receive the same.” All writing a shade or two light, rough top edge, and a uniform shade of mild toning, otherwise fine condition.
