Set of six Republic of Texas paper currency in $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, and $50 denominations, all measuring approximately 7 x 3, ranging in date from 1839–1841. All pieces bear ornate vignettes including ships and native Americans, with four signed by Mirabeau Lamar. In good to very good condition, with cancellation cuts to all six, with three having areas of paper loss from the cuts, light to moderate toning and soiling, and expected handling wear and creasing.
