Title is Free Man. 22 14" by 10 5/8" by 8 1/2". Number 21/24. Terry J. Murphy (Born 1950) is active/lives in Montana. Terry Murphy is known for Western theme sculpture, realist style bronze cowboys, Indians and horses. Terry Murphy was a fourth generation Montanan, born and raised in the Helena Valley of Montana in 1952. He is self-taught, studying the masters of sculpture from the past to the present. He was inspired to start sculpturing in 1971 and devotes his full time to the art of sculpture, specializing in North American Indian works, western themes, wildlife and sporting art, as well as contemporary subject matter. Mr. Murphy's pieces are currently held in many major collections, both private and public, including the University of Montana & The CM Russell Museum.
