Very rare vintage 3.25 x 5.5 lightweight photo of McGovern in his prime touting him as the “World’s Premier Featherweight,” signed vertically in fountain pen. In fine condition, with some mild handling wear and a ding to bottom edge. Pre-certified Steve Grad/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
