Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any person bidding privileges.
If your bid is successful, you will be contacted by the Auction Company to arrange for pick up and payment.
Arrangements for full payment must be made with Garton’s Auction Service immediately following notification of successful bid the sale. Purchases must be paid for with cash, VISA or Mastercard (3% service fee), e-transfer or good cheque which must be cleared before the removal of articles.
NSF cheques or stoppage of payment will be subject to a fee of $100.00 plus all costs associated with the collection, legal costs, bank charges and other costs as may be associated with the collection of these funds.
All sales are final.

Items will be available for pickup on Thursday March 18th. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday March 21 10:00 - 1:00 at the Wroxton Community Hall. Call/text Curtis @ 204-937-0144 to arrange pickup times
Shipping is available with a $10.00 packaging/handling fee per complete order plus actual shipping. Please allow 7-14 days for shipping.
Larger items exceeding Canada post limitations for weight or size will not be shipped. Pickup only!
Transport of items to Dauphin Manitoba will be available at a cost of $2.00/item.
If arrangements are not made regarding pickup or shipping by Sunday March 21st at 1:00 PM local time, items will be forfeited.
