This is Bill Weber's Telephone and Telegraph document collection. It is a major collection, mostly nineteenth century, comprised of several parts: Philatelic (State Telegraph Stamps); Documents (many early Western and American telegraphs); paper tokens and much research information from his files. This major collection has some great highlights that include documents from: Cal. Electric Works (1888), Gold & Stock Telegraph (1879), American Wireless T&T prospectus (1899), Ariz Telegraph Co (1896), St. Louis (1848), Atlantic & Ohio Telegraph (1863), Atlantic & Pacific Telegraph, California State Telegraph (plus stamps), Connecticut River Telegraph, Franklin Telegraph, Nevada and California Telegraph and much more. Included are many "pass style" cards for phone and telegraph companies. The great majority of the more than 100 piece collection are the adhesive stamps. Please inspect.
