Vintage program for the fifth annual ‘Tops in Sports’ Banquet held at the Lord Baltimore Hotel, January 13, 1958, 8.5 x 11, signed and inscribed on the front cover in fountain pen, “To Jerry, your pal, Ted Williams” and “Stan Musial,” and in blue ballpoint, “To Jerry, My very best wishes, Gil McDougald.” In fine condition. Most certainly signed at the banquet, where all three were being honored.
