Ted Healy typed letter signed on Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Corporation letterhead regarding his own film career. In this letter dated 4 August 1936, Healy writes to his friend Walter Kolarik, requesting that he see Healy's film ''Sing Baby Sing'' for which Healy was traded to 20th Century Fox. He writes, ''Although borrowing stars from one studio…is common…this is the first time it has happened to me.'' Letter measures 10.75'' x 8.75'' and is in fine condition. Folded in sixths for inclusion into envelope, also present.
