Taylor, Smith, and Taylor was one of the original American porcelain companies and was considered one of America's premier potters from the 1930s to the mid-1950s. The company was first organized in 1899 and operated until 1981, chiefly in East Liverpool, Ohio. It made high quality porcelain and ceramics, which included ironstone and fine china and helped set America's tables with everything from dinnerware to servingware, including water pitchers and milk jugs. TS&T wares are known for their variety of colors, glazes and shapes as well as for high quality.

Vintage 1968, the Taylor, Smith, and Taylor Greenbriar china pattern features a garland of green berries and leaves in alternating dark and light tones. Set on a white background, the result is a crisp, eye-catching look for an attractive dinner table.

This assortment of the Greenbriar pattern includes 11 sets of cups and saucers, a 12th saucer, an oval serving platter, a serving bowl, and a creamer and covered sugar--28 pieces in all. All items are in nearly mint condition. These would, of course, complete any collection of this pattern. As well, they would look stunning with a white dinner service.

An opportunity for the collector of the china from this fine American porcelain manufacturer!
