Condition of items vary. We welcome email and telephone inquiries as to condition prior to the auction. Some items might have some staining, slight or pulled thread wear, rubbed places, etc. due to normal wear and tear. Any exceptional wear will be noted in the description of each item.
The bracelet, has the usual Mexican circular jewelry mark on the pendant where the pewter heart is located in the upper right hand. It is marked Taxco made in Mexico on the mark and there looks to be an artist mark. I am going to have my husband take a picture of the mark and we will put it on line for you to look at. The pewter heart is an additional charm and is stamped pewter. The pendant is heavy Mexican Silver and the inlay serpent is inlay in Chip Turquoise. Quite unusual piece. This could be a pendant to a necklace that someone has made a bracelet out of the piece.
Taxco Mexico Inlay Silver Bracelet. Pendant has sea serpent inlaid in turquoise on back. Also has a pewter heart charm on the front. Bracelet chain measures 7.5'' end to end. Buyers Pay Actual Shipping and Handling Charges(see terms and conditions for more information).

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 21 and can enter into legal contracts.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
