The premise of this classic 1950s sci-fi film is simple: giant killer robots from Venus invade Chicago, wreaking death and destruction in their wake. Although the script called for an entire robot army, the budget only allowed for one robot costume to be made, which is why no more than a single member of the "invading force" ever appears in a scene. This marvelous poster, with its eye-popping graphics, had pinholes in the corners, light fold wear with slight crossfold separation, and minor touchup within the title. Professional restoration has addressed these issues, resulting in an extremely desirable piece.
