The war-themed cover is signed "Blake" -- that would be William Blake Everett, or Bill Everett to fans everywhere. Inside the comic, the White Streak was drawn by his creator Carl Burgos, and there's also interior art by Everett and other prominent Golden Age artists like Joe Simon, Jack Cole, and Tarpe Mills. This copy is the highest-graded by far in CGC's most recent census, with the runner-up a mere FN+. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $3,500.
