Al Feldstein had the Vault-Keeper, Crypt-Keeper, and Old Witch having fun with torture on this cover. The interior stories were not so light-hearted! Graham Ingels, Wally Wood, and Jack Kamen contributed interior story art. CGC notes, "Light tanning on edges of pages." At VF/NM 9.0, this is an exceptional copy for this particular issue.
