Originally printed in conjunction with Russ Gibb's Grande Ballroom in Detroit, the back cover actually features ads for "upcoming" acts, including the MC5, Jethro Tull, the Velvet Underground, Chuck Berry, even Iggy Pop and the Stooges. Inside, Robert Crumb, Vaughn Bodé, Gilbert Shelton, and more do the art honors. A really tough book to find, in any condition; CGC notes, "Restoration includes: spine splits sealed to cover."
