Watercolor on paper, signed lower right "F.a.C. July 28, 1861". A house with three gables in a tree lined landscape. 4 1/4"h. 7 1/2"w., in original walnut frame, 10 1/2"h. 14"w. And a charming house with a hip roof and an espaliered flowering plant in the front. 7"h. 11"w., in original walnut frame, 14 1/4"h. 18 1/4"w.

Condition: Unsigned watercolor has some yellowing.
