Lot of 2. Includes a nice black transfer printed tau-handled example with figure of a young classically attired womanin forest setting. Handle is 1.5" high x 3" long with coin silver .75" collar, mounted on a segmented bamboo shaftwith 1" nickel & steel ferrule. Total length 32". Second porcelain handle is 1.5" high x 3" long with gilt on black &white stripped ground with polychrome transfer print of courting couple in oval panel on top. Mounted on a caneshaft with 1.5" brass & steel ferrule. Total length 35.75".First with minor wear to original finish. Second missing collar, nice original finish to shaft.(EST 300-400)
