TINTYPE OF TRIPLE ARMED YANK. A sixth-plate tintype of a seated soldier drawing an Enfield saber bayonet from his scabbard ready to fix onto the British rifle. He also carries a belted Root revolver. The uniform is an eight-button jacket with cloth epaulettes of the same color typically worn by New York and Illinois troops. A company letter "D" is just visible on his kepi. The image is dark, otherwise in perfect condition. Overall GOOD. Housed in a full composition case.
