THREE CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE VASES.

Late 19th century, China. Group includes a pair of Rose Medallion vases applied with gilt foo dog handles and lizards at the shoulder decorated with panels of exotic birds and butterflies and court scenes. Each with everted lip. The third is a hexagonal vase with everted lip, foo dog handles and lizards at the shoulders. Decorated with a court scene on each large panel all on a pale green checkered ground on a flared foot. Each of the three vases have been drilled in the bottom center for a lamp. SIZE: The pair is 17 1/2" h. The single vase is 24" h. PROVENANCE: From the John Webber Estate of Bangor, Maine. CONDITION: painted surfaces are very good. Gilding with minor wear. Some minor flecks. Otherwise good. (05-597/TG). $400-600.
