THE MILLIONAIRE CALCULATING MACHINE - FIRST MULTIPLICATION MACHINE - NO. 687 - Made in Switzerland by Swiss engineer Otto Steiger. This machine was the 1st commerically successful machine based on the principle of direct multiplication instead of by repeated addition. It was patented in 1893. The last of these machines was sold in 1935. Approx. 26.5" by 12.5" by 7.5". Weighs approx. 70 lbs.

Pioneer Auction Gallery Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 48 Hours will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater.
