THE BIBLE..............Deputies of Christopher Barker. L. 1592. Geneva version. Small folio. Black letter.<P> NT title dated 1591, colophon 1592. With Psalter dated 1592. Red-ruled throughout. Engraved divisional title before Psalmes. Incorrect foliation between 58 and 63, but the usual missing lines at 61 (K6) are present. Further foliation errors with numbers 121-126 omitted. Text is correct in both places. General title frayed at foredge, trimmed & laid down. First eleven leaves also dmaged at foredge with some loss. Lacking final leaf of Psalter. 17th or 18th Century calf. Boards det. [Herbert 210].
