Auctioneer and/or Owners are not responsible for errors or omissions in the advertising and/or description of items in the sale
Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any person bidding privileges.
If your bid is successful, you will be contacted by the Auction Company to arrange for pick up and payment.
Arrangements for full payment must be made with Garton’s Auction Service immediately following notification of successful bid the sale. Purchases must be paid for with cash, e-transfer, VISA or Mastercard (3% service fee). Payment must be cleared before the removal of articles.
NSF cheques or stoppage of payment will be subject to a fee of $100.00 plus all costs associated with the collection, legal costs, bank charges and other costs as may be associated with the collection of these funds.
All sales are final.
