<B>T59 Inverted $10 1863.</B></I> Rarely, if ever, do we have the opportunity to offer a note of any kind that we feel comfortable calling "unique". However, we feel quite satisfied with that terminology, as this variety was unknown to the late Grover Criswell, Dr. Douglas Ball, Philip Chase, and all other renowned researchers of Confederate paper money. Even the vast holdings of the National Archives and the Museum of the Confederacy do not possess an example of this note. Listed as "Non-Collectible" in the Fricke tome, this is the note stated in the Condition Census, listed as a PF-26IB. This note displays great clarity on both sides, with no problems whatsoever.
