The small counter-top version of this sign is a familiar collector favorite, but few have encountered this die-cut 60” version, mounted on thick board as made. “The Leading Exponent of the Strenuous Life.” While condition problems are evident from the photo, it is all there, and these are eminently fixable by a good restorer of antique advertising signs and posters: some light water staining, a crease on TR’s neck, some minor small chips and flakes, and some more serious but still restorable moisture damage at the bottom.
