Lot of 6 pieces from Arizona: 4 photos, one wedding announcement, and one high school graduation announcement. The photos are: 1) George Hartmann, mining engineer, atop a headframe at Swansea, AZ, c1910-20; 2) Henrietta Hartman (wife of George) beside her riding donkey—the note reads, “Sister Henrietta enjoying an outing before leaving, 1913.” The reverse has a penciled note, “Copper Giant, Hackberry;” 3) rpc of the United Eastern Mining Co. in Oatman, AZ; 4) another rpc of a house with two women and a child sitting on the front steps. There is writing in smeared purple ink on the front. Postmarked Prescott, 1908; 5) 4 small photos attached to one 5 x 7” piece of paper, identified as a blasting sequence at Ajo, AZ, c1915; 6) a photo of a man with a shotgun, holding a slew of dead birds in his hand. Written from Tucson, noting a mine at Pima Canyon. Postmarked San Francisco 1905; 7) a graduation announcement for the Class of 1900 at Prescott High School; 8) a wedding announcement from Prescott, dated 1893.
