Art Nouveau miniature copper relief plaque made in France signed by the artist R. Bernard, dated 1908 and made by the famous foundry Susse Freres. R. Bernard was the artist responsible for designing the now highly collectable French medals from the 1924 Olympics Winter Games. The copper plaque depicts three muses, one of them playing a musical instrument, the other one singing while the third one listens. It is mounted on a green velvet covered frame.
