One Page, 8.5” x 11”, on Supreme Court letterhead, Washington, D.C., October 20, 1981, to William J. Wedge, Lansing, Michigan. In this letter Ms. O'Connor thanks Wedge for his support. Sandra Day O'Connor was the first female associate justice of the Supreme Court. This letter was written just a few months after taking office. With the usual fold creases, else fine condition with original envelope.
