<B>Superman #64 Davis Crippen ("D" Copy) pedigree (DC, 1950) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white to white pages.</B></I> Any discussion about the best artists to have regularly drawn the Man of Steel has to include Wayne Boring, who provided cover and story art for this issue. A Prankster story is featured. The CGC-assigned grade is nice, but not one you would normally associate with the best copies CGC has certified. In this instance, however, that's the case. Just two copies have been assigned a grade higher than VF 8.0 to date! Overstreet 2006 FN 6.0 value = $201; VF 8.0 value = $419.
