This must be a result of the fact that Mr. Mxyztplk, that inter-dimensional imp, makes his first comic book appearance here (he had first appeared a few months earlier in the <I>Superman</B></I> newspaper strip); in time, his name would evolve into Mxyzptlk. Interior artists include Ira Yarbrough, Ed Dobrotka, and Henry Boltinoff. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $1,550.
