Offered here is a suite of three signed limited edition prints by well-known contemporary gay artist Lowell Nesbitt (United States, 1933 - 1993). Generally better known for his larger-than-life paintings of flowers — "I've been trying to treat the flower monumentally, to get beyond its prettiness" — he once remarked, his drawings and prints of the male nude figure are avidly collected and appreciated. The entire edition of these prints have been stored by the publisher since the early 1980s. The images will be familiar to Nesbitt collectors as "Untitled Nude 4", "Untitled" Nude 1" and "Untitled Nude 5."
