Clean, crisp, bright first edition. Just one tiny .25 inch tear of the dust jacket at the bottom of the rear panel spine fold. Overall fine condition.<BR><BR>Initial flyleaf bears Grafton's bookplate with her signature (which appears to have been copied over at a later time). On the title page, the author has inscribed the book: "For Dennis Payne...Yours until 'Z' is for Zero.
