<B>A Substantial Seventeenth Century Spanish Vargueno</B></I><BR><BR>Unknown maker, Spanish<BR>Seventeenth Century<BR>Walnut, ivory<BR>Unmarked<BR>55 inches high x 40 inches wide x 25 inches deep<BR><BR>With dovetailing and strapping on exterior of case with original handles on each side. With drop-front atop two retractable supports which project from within the base. The interior with twelve drawers and three doors with exquisitely inlaid ivory within each molded door and drawer frame, entire interior adorned with a motif of birds, flowers and portraiture, supported by a carved stand with swirling open ironwork stretcher.<BR><BR> <B>Condition Report:</B> Some restorations to the exterior case, a 20 inch x 7 inch replacement on the top, base appears to have been made later, however, pulls appear to be the original hardware.<BR><BR><b>Shipping:</b> Requires 3rd Party Shipping (<a target="_blank" href="http://www.heritageauctions.com/common/shipping.php">view shipping information</a>)
