The present Stowa Vintage World Map wristwatch was manufactured in Germany and dates back to the time around 1955. The model has a manual wind movement and displays the hour, minute and second. The dial is composed with a silver numeral ring for 24 hours time reading, whereas the center displays a rotating world map made of acrylic on crystal. The dial is fitted with three gold hands. The case is made of gold-plated metal and is attached to a black leather strap with pin buckle.



The watch is in good condition with light traces of age and wear. The case diameter is 31 mm and the height of the case is 9 mm. The strap is 18 cm long and the lugs measure 16 mm. The total weight of the watch is 35 grams. During a short-term test, the watch was fully functional, but long-term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed. (cbo)
