Fun collectible, this dark brown sky-stone fell in Northern Thailand and developed a nice fustion crust from the heat of traversing earths atmosphere (aka - a Shooting Star). Technically of the "Chondrite" type, it was found by a college student/scholar who was given a metal detector by his father for good grades. He has helped put himself through college by finding these. About 2" in the greatest dimension, and weighing 118.7 grams, it is a nice find that likely shows some impact porosity from hitting the sandy soil there.
