Stockton & Darlington Railway 3-aspect HANDLAMP with a square front lens. The reducing-cone bears a brass plate "S & DR". A non-original vessel; burner and reflector. Unrestored. The Stockton and Darlington Railway opened in 1825 and was absorbed by the NER in 1862.
