Stevens Hunter’s Pet single shot tip-up spur trigger rifle with skeleton shoulder stock, .38RF cal., 18-1/4” octagon barrel, blue finish to barrel, nickel finish to frame and shoulder stock, wood grips, #637. This gun is in overall very good condition showing the majority of its original muted blue finish on the barrel with some scattered spots of erosion, considerable original frosted nickel finish on frame with some flaking, alsoconsiderable original frosted nickel on skeleton stock with scattered losses that have gone to a dark patina, replaced attaching screw, good bore and markings, action working but trigger spring needsrepair, grips are good to very good; hooded front sight, flip-up rear sight.
