Steve Mufatti's work on the early issues of the juvenile line of Harvey comics has an appeal that was far superior to the work being done at other comic book companies. The Casper stories were initially drawn in a style that mirrored the animated television shows which were so popular at the time. This story contains many of those elements that were candy to the senses. The stormy night, creaky house, and the undeserved shrieks of terror from the characters who crossed Casper's path are just plain fun. Many regard <B>Harvey Comic Hits</B></I> #61 as the hardest Casper comic to obtain. Whoever acquires this awesome item will be the envy of all Casper fans. These pages are in nice shape with only minor use of white out. The fourth and last page has some water damage along the bottom edge in the margin area. The last page is missing the "YOUR" stat in the last panel. The approximate size of the first page is 14.25" x 21" which is actually two pieces that are held together below the top panel on back by another piece of illustration paper. The rest of the pages are approximately 14.25" x 22.5" in size. <B>Estimate: $2,500-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium.
