Wendy was an endearing character, whose appearance in subsequent issues was always welcomed by the legion of devoted Harvey readers. While Wendy never attained the first tier status that Casper, Richie Rich, and Sad Sack enjoyed, she has, nevertheless, gained a cult status that makes this item all the more desirable. Steve Mufatti contributes sterling work, as he did on many Harvey books of the day. The stormy night, creaky house, and crackling fireplace are just plain fun. These pages are in great shape with only minor use of white out. The first page is missing a couple of title stats and the second page has two creases at the bottom left corner. The pages are approximately 14.25" x 22.5" in size. <B>Estimate: $2,500-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium.
