All copies slim octavo. 32; 36; 56 pages. <BR><BR>Green wrappers with black titles on the front cover. Appear to be in unread condition. <BR><BR>This was going to be King's ongoing novel and was not offered for sale, but given out as a holiday gift at the end of the year. The distribution was limited to 200-226 copies with a handful of extras which were utilized as designer proofs, although they do not differ in any way from those actually sent as gifts except that they were not signed or inscribed.
