Stargate SG-1 (1997-2007) - Major Samantha Carter (Amanda Tapping) "Carter Special" Micro 16 Carbine (Rubber).
Comes with a COA co-signed by the armorer for the show. Master armorer and weapon fabricator who's been in the business for over 30 years. One of the leading armorers in North America.
Made of rubber. Rifle comes with the original extended drum.
Scope was lost from filming and is not included.
Original "Carter Special" Micro 16 Carbine used by "Major Samantha Carter", played by Amanda Tapping in the military science fiction adventure television series 'Stargate SG-1' (1997-2007) where a secret military team, SG-1, is formed to explore other planets through the recently discovered Stargates.
This weapon is a customized Olympic Arms K23B fitted with a Bushmaster free-floating quadruple-rail forend and a Bell & Carlson thumbhole stock. It is used with an ELCAN OS3 4x28 sight and a Beta C-Mag drum magazine with a mounted vertical foregrip and a side-mounted flashlight on the accessory rail. The first appearance is in "Avenger 2.0" (S07E09). It gets its name from Major Samantha Carter, the only character who carries it. According to the DVD commentary, it was intentionally made because blanks for the P90s were becoming increasingly expensive.
